Programs Manager & Victim Services

Tammara has served as the Programs Manager and Victim Services for the Idaho Sheriffs’ Association (ISA) since 2010.  She oversees the day to day operations of statewide services: Victim Information and Notification Every day (VINE) which provides real time status on offender custody and court hearings; Offender Watch sex offender management program; Honorary Membership direct mail campaign, and Prisons Rape Elimination Act external reporting.  Prior to her employment with ISA, Tammara was a Victim Witness Coordinator for 12 years with a private law firm that held multiple City Prosecuting Attorney contracts in Canyon County.
